How do I create a free Paperform form?

### How to create a free form

 1. **Sign up** — Go to [paperform.co/register](http://paperform.co/register/) and create a free account. No credit card needed.
 2. **Start a new form** — From your Paperform dashboard, click **New Form**. Choose to start from a blank canvas, or a template, or create a form using AI.
 3. **Add your fields** — Click anywhere on the form to add a question or content block.
 4. **Set up logic (optional)** — Use conditional logic to show certain questions only when relevant.
 5. **Customize the look** — Adjust fonts, colors, background, and layout from Theme & Appearance.
 6. **Save and share** — Hit Publish, then copy your form's link, embed it, or share it directly.
