How do I upgrade or downgrade my paid plan?
### Billing & Payments

Looking to change up your current subscription? You're in luck; the process has never been easier. Follow our instructions below to get started with the switch.

### Upgrade/ downgrade to a different paid subscription

Navigate to your [Account Billing](https://paperform.co/account/billing/) settings.

## Platform Billing

Scroll to the bottom of this page to change your subscription tier.

## Legacy Billing

Ensure you are on the correct product tab (Paperform / Papersign / Stepper), then click Change Plan.

How to Change Plan
Follow the prompts to ensure your billing information is accurate and up-to-date.

That's it! Once your payment information is processed, you will be presented with a success page. Your plan has been updated, and the change is complete.

## Gotchas

 - On legacy plans, switching from an annual to a monthly subscription is only possible during the last month of your current term. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time.
