How do I restore a deleted form?
### Form Management

If you accidentally deleted a form or need to restore a recently deleted form, you can do so from your [Paperform dashboard](https://paperform.co/dashboard/).

 1. Navigate to your dashboard.
 2. Locate the trashcan icon just above the list of your forms, on the right-hand side of the page.
 3. Your list of eligible deleted forms will be presented.
 4. To restore a form, click "Restore" next to the line item of your choice.

## Gotchas

 - We only retain deleted forms for a maximum of **25 days** after initial deletion. This includes their submissions and analytics data. Deleted forms older than 25 days cannot be recovered.
