Paperform MCP server
Your assistant can draft the questions, the follow-up steps and the contract in a minute. Getting them into three different tools was still your job. Connect Paperform, and it builds them in your account, where you can see and change every part.
Forms. “Make a booking form for 30-minute calls, weekdays 9 to 5.” Your assistant builds it in Paperform, shows you the questions and times, and publishes it when you say so. It also builds order forms that take payment through your Stripe, Square, PayPal or Braintree account, and quote forms that calculate the total, with coupons, conditional logic and your colours and fonts.
Workflows. “When someone books, add them to our client sheet and post their name in #sales.” It builds the workflow, tests each step against your apps with sample data, and shows you the result before the workflow goes live.
E-signatures. “Send the offer letter template to Sam, starting 1 December, salary $85,000.” It fills your template, shows you the details, and sends it for signature once you confirm.
Client onboarding usually means a form tool, an automation tool and a signing tool, with you copying between them. Ask for it once instead:
“Make an intake form for new clients. When someone submits it, add them to my Google Sheet and send them our engagement letter to sign.”
Everything it builds is a normal form, workflow or document in Paperform. Open it in the editor and change it by hand whenever you like.
Your account, your sign-in. You connect by signing in to Paperform and approving access. No password goes to the assistant.
You approve what goes out. Your assistant is set up to check with you before it publishes a form, sends a document or deletes anything. Your AI app also asks you to allow each action, unless you’ve chosen to always allow it.
It works only where you let it. The assistant sees the account you signed in to, nothing else.
Disconnect any time, from your assistant’s settings.

Your assistant checks with you before anything goes live, and everything it makes opens in the normal editor. AI can misread a request, so check the questions, amounts and email addresses before you approve.
Your assistant works in your account with the access you approve when you connect, and you can disconnect it at any time. Our privacy policy explains how Paperform handles your data.
